Private Pay
We charge $125.00 – $175.00 per 50 minute session*.
*Cost of session depends on therapist experience & expertise, longer session times available at request. Please contact for more information.
Insurance
We are not currently working directly with insurance at this time. Full payment is required at the time of service, but you may be able to seek reimbursement from your provider if you have out of network benefits. At your request, we can provide you with a receipt for therapy services received to submit to your insurance as an “out of network provider.” We recommend a service called Reimbursify (reimbursify.com) that can do much of this work for you.
Cancellations
Simple Modern Therapy has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. A $100.00 fee will be charged, with no exceptions, for any session cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to maintaining the full confidentiality of our clients. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose information about our clients to any other party except as requested by the client in writing. The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist however, and none of your information will be distributed to individuals or agencies outside of Simple Modern with the exception of the following situations:

Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which we are required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.

If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person(s), we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.

If a client intends to harm him/herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in insuring their safety. If they do no cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to us by law in order to ensure their safety.

Therapists are required by law to report incidences of sexual misconduct on the part of other therapists.
Communication over the internet
There are limits to protecting your confidentiality over the internet. While we do our utmost to preserve your confidentiality, we cannot guarantee privacy. Please consider the information you submit over the internet prior to sending.
We discourage using email to send messages of personal or confidential nature. Even though we do our best to keep our email confidential, email is copied, archived and re-transmitted continuously as part of normal processing. Because of this, please use email only to request information about our services, or other non-confidential matters.
