Meet Your Instructor
Andrés Larios Brown, M.S., LMFT (They/Elle)
With compassion and collaboration, Andrés Larios Brown helps you nourish that capacity for re-learning to trust yourself. The Simple Modern Institute is a safe and celebratory space, one in which you integrate inner and outer worlds with joy and abundance.
Andrés has a passion for teaching, and currently teach two graduate courses at UVU’s Masters of Social Work program and UO’s Couples & Family Therapy program. They have co-authored a chapter in The Routledge International Handbook of Couple and Family Therapy as well as a number of other articles in different academic journals. Through teaching, training, education, and advocacy, they seek to bridge the gap between research and clinical practice.
